Important Notes
Customer-Supplied LLM Providers
Customers who connect third-party LLM or AI model providers to the Platform do so under their own agreements with those providers. Those providers are not sub-processors of StronglyAI; they are independent processors engaged directly by Customer.
Customer-Hosted Deployments
For Customer-Hosted Deployments, StronglyAI does not host Customer Content. Infrastructure sub-processors listed above apply only to StronglyAI-Hosted Dedicated Deployments.
Internal Services
All other services including monitoring, error tracking, customer support, transactional email, and authentication are handled internally by StronglyAI using self-hosted infrastructure. These do not involve third-party sub-processors.
Notification of Changes
StronglyAI will notify active customers by email at least thirty (30) days before adding or replacing any sub-processor. Customers may object within fifteen (15) days on reasonable data protection grounds by contacting legal@strongly.ai.
